Jon Jorgenson is a working controller. The day job is accounting operations for a manufacturer: QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, payroll and labor allocation, job costing, management reporting, and the process documentation that keeps all of it running when someone is out.
The tools sold here come out of that work. They encode the decisions a controller makes on repeat, which is the part generic templates leave out and software documentation never covers.
